A Reminder

  • Be grateful for what you have (Happy Thanksgiving, US friends) every day.

  • Spend more time with the people you like, less time with the ones you don't.

  • Regularly check in on friends if you think they might be struggling, they might be hurting too much to reach out but desperately need the support.

  • Don't let your job run your life and occupy your mind every hour of the day.

  • Learn to listen to understand instead of listening to respond.

  • Take care of yourself.
