Today has been difficult. So to remind myself that "this too shall pass, here is a list of things I am grateful for right now.

1. Camping and exploring in the mountains in shoulder seasons and waking up to winter wonderlands.

2. My comfy bed.

3. My dog, who reflects my personality more than I'd like to admit (She's anti-social, loves to sleep, and is very food motivated), and still likes to be with me.

4. Meditation.


5. British shows on Netflix, Particularly Cabins in the Wild.

6. A roof over my head and family.

7. Good friends that I can count on to sympathize and encourage me.

8. Fluffy blankets.

9. Getting through a ton of emails today.
